Add returns into an email from dreamweaver

Click on the email address at the bottom of this webpage. I have coded the email in HTML to enter the subject line, to then enter the body of the email and to put returns between the lines.

This is how I did it:

mailto: fetsiboomsticks@gmail.com?subject=Tanya Pretorius' Bookmarks&body=Wow! Thanks. &0D&0A &0D&0A I do love to receive mail about my website. &0D&0A Please include the name of the page or its URL that you were on when you decided to write to me.
